Description

The 'RM' mnemonic resets all modes by simulating the 'ATTR' ($01$), 'SCROLL' ("ON"), 'PE', 'WRAP' ("ON"), 'EI', 'EO', 'LC', 'BG', 'CURSOR' ("ON"), and 'KU' mnemonics.
