Mnemonic - Set or Replace Menu.
In BBj, the tag parameter is required. The tag parameter is a Numeric ID
that must be a positive integer between 1 and 32767. Using an ID of 0
will result in an !ERROR=29 Mnemonic Error.
Each menu item must have a unique ID within the menu. However, menu items
can have the same ID as controls in the window.
The SETMENU mnemonic no longer requires that flag $0800$ be set in the
WINDOW mnemonic. A menu can be put into a window using the SETMENU mnemonic
or when editing the resource file, even if the flag was not set for the
default menu.
