Mnemonic - Create a Group Box Control.
In BBx, the group box is drawn a few pixels inset to the actual location
of the control. If a group box control is placed at x=50, y=50, the top-left
corner will be drawn at x=55, y=55. In BBj, if a group box is placed at
x=50, y=50, it is drawn at x=50, y=50.
