Description
The 'REDRAW' mnemonic redraws the SYSWINDOW.
The REDRAW mnemonic can be used when something outside of BBx changes the
screen appearance. For example, the result of a SCALL() Function may cover
the BBx windows and consequently a redraw may be needed.
