Mnemonic - Set Fill Type (Plotter).
The BBj FILL mnemonic (Plotter) has only two fill types; no fill and solid
fill. All other fill types (2-10) display as solid fill.
The 'FILL' mnemonic fills circles, rectangles, and polygons with one of
the following fill types:
