Reversing/Reinstating the Last Modification

The Undo/Redo command reverses the most recent modification. The Undo command can be performed only once, followed by a Redo command that can be performed only once.

1. To reverse the last modification, do one of the following:

   • On the Edit menu, select Undo/Redo.

   • On the toolbar, click the Undo/Redo button:

2. To reinstate (redo) the modification, repeat the previous step. If the file has been saved, the Undo/Redo command becomes disabled.
