!ERROR=69 - User Count Exceeded
Attempting to exceed the maximum user count. The maximum value for this is dependent on the installation. This only applies to rev 3.01 or greater. An !ERROR= 69 (User Count Exceeded) will be produced if a Client is attempting to connect to a data server without the proper DS License file. For example, if a 3.01 client attempts to connect to a 2.21 Data Server, an !ERROR 69 will result because the client will be unable to check out a license.
An !ERROR=69 can occur when a client is unable to check out a license for any reason. See the data server log file for an explanation of the error.
In PRO/5 Rev. 4 or higher, an !ERROR=69 can occur when a client tries to connect to a data server without an enterprise license.
