Distributing Controls
To evenly distribute the vertical and horizontal spacing between three or more selected controls, do the following:

Press and hold down Ctrl, then click each control to be included in the distribution.

To distribute the horizontal spacing, do one of the following:

On the Align toolbar, click the Horizontal Same Space button.

On the Layout menu, select Distribute/Horizontal.

To distribute the vertical spacing, do one of the following:

On the Align toolbar, click the Vertical Same Space button.

On the Layout menu, select Distribute/Vertical.

A layout grid can be displayed within a form or child window to make it easier to distribute controls.
