Prepared Resources

If a window/dialog resource has been prepared with the BASIS Resource Editor, and that resource has been retrieved using the RESGET() function, it can be created by issuing the 'RESOURCE' mnemonic in an empty context. The size parameter should be the length of the resource string returned by RESGET(), and the mnemonic must be followed immediately by the resource string.
