Verb - Close Channel.
BBj-Specific Information
In BBj, the CLOSE Verb commits any open transactions. When a transaction
is closed, all open files associated with that transaction are also closed.
This also applies to anything that causes all open files to be closed,
including the END, START and RELEASE verbs.
