Payroll - California DE9 Form Preparation



The California DE9 Form Preparation task is used to tabulate data to create a .csv file needed to upload to the California Employment Development Department.

=> To access this task...

Select Employer Returns Processing from the Periodic Processing menu, then select California DE9 Form Preparation.

About the Fields


When done making selections...

  • Select the [Run process] button to create the file.

  • Select the [ New/clear form ]  button to clear changes and return to the default selections.

DE9 File Creation Completed - upload instructions


Selecting the [OK] button creates a copy of the report.
