Using the Utilities

• Utilities named without extensions (.utl or .pub) may be run or called from PRO/5.

• Utilities named with .utl extensions are used by other utilities.

• Utilities named with .pub extensions are used by other utilities and may be called by other applications.

Arguments may be required to CALL a utility; refer to the documentation for the necessary utility. When working with the utilities, allow the maximum workspace available. These utilities are provided to complement the functionality of PRO/5 and may be modified as the source is included.
