BBj-Specific Information

In BBj, setting the id for the main grid causes the x, y, width, and height values to affect the positioning of the entire grid (including the row and column headers). In Visual PRO/5, setting the id for the main grid affected the main grid only.

Setting the id for the row heading grid causes the width setting only to be used Setting the id for the column heading grid causes all values to be ignored. The column header grid locations and sizes are dependent on the main grid and will move and size accordingly. These changes affect the 'size' and 'move' mnemonics and sendmsg(1)'s set width, height, x and y options.
