Creating a Popup Menu - BBj

To create a popup menu, do the following:

1. Add a popup menu window to the edit area by doing one of the following:

   • On the Main toolbar, click the Add Popup Menu button.

   • On the Edit menu, select Add Popup Menu (BBj only).

   • On the tree view, click the Menu icon, right-click to display the context-sensitive menu, then click Add Popup Menu (BBj only).

2. A menu window containing a blank popup menu then appears, and a corresponding menu icon appears in the tree view.

3. To define the popup menu, display its properties page, then enter the following information:

   • Enter a text string into the Menu Text box to define the text that will appear on the menu bar.

   • Enter a text string into the Name box to define the menu bar name that will appear in the tree view.
