GUIBuilder: fngb__get_control_desc$ (gb_func) - Get Control Description for a Given Control Type (Superseded)
GUIBuilder has been superseded by the AppBuilder module in the BASIS IDE for BBj. Includes support for both the READRECORD Event Queue and PROCESS_EVENTS/CALLBACK paradigm. Integrates tightly with FormBuilder, the BBj replacement for ResBuilder.
Syntax
def fngb__get_control_desc$(gb__ctl_type)
Description
This function returns a control description for a given control type. If the control type is invalid or unknown, "" is returned.
