Miscellaneous Toolkit Routines

The remaining Toolkit programs are primarily intended for use either by the BASIS product TAOS: The BBx Developer's Workbench or by the EUS Toolkit itself. Two utilities that are especially useful in applications are _outdev.utl and _prntsel.utl. _outdev.utl lets users select an output device, while _prntsel.utl lets users select a printer.

Additional routines are included for the following functions:

• Branding programs with a checksum to ensure they have not been altered.

• Converting time and date strings from display format to internal format.

• Resolving global references in file names.
