BBjTreeMouseEvent::isCmdDown
Description
In BBj 12.0 and higher, this method returns indication of whether the macOS Cmd key was pressed at the time this event was generated.

Returns 1 if the macOS Cmd key was pressed, otherwise it returns 0.
