Function

This task prints the W4 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate form(s). Refer to Appendix A, for a sample copy of the printed W-4s.

=> To access this task...

Select W2 Processing from the Periodic Processing menu, then select W4 Tax Form Printing.

About the Fields

In the Year field...  

• Enter the Calendar Tax Year that you are processing the data for.
  

In the Beginning/Ending Employee Number field...

Use this field if you wish to start printing from a specific employee.

• Enter the employee number for starting or leave blank for First Employee.

• Click to select from a list of Employees that have data present.
  

When done making selections...

• Click the to process the requested action.  

When the process is complete, you are returned to the Payroll W2 Process Menu.

If you receive this message, please contact your Addon Dealer for the necessary Updates. The W4 Printing Program varies from Tax year to Tax Year,

as such a specific program is used for a specific tax year.
