Inventory Control - Rebuild On Order Quantities

Function

Use this task to rebuild item on order quantities. Orders from the Order/Invoice Processing, Shop Floor Control, and Inventory Control modules are accessed. You must stop all data processing for these modules while the task is running. The rebuild can take considerable time to complete and may best be run during off hours. You should update the Inventory Transaction Register, the Inventory Transfer Register, and Shop Floor Control’s Materials Issues Register before the rebuild.

=> To access this task...

Select Rebuild On Order Quantities from the Inventory Control Utilities menu.

Click [Yes] to begin rebuilding.
Click [No] to return to the Inventory Utilities menu.

NOTE: If the rebuild is interrupted, you must restart from the beginning.
