Function

The Operation Where Used Listing shows every bill in which an operation is used. Either individual operation codes or a range of operation codes may be selected. This report may be run on demand at any time.

Select Operations Where Used Listing from the Reports menu.

About the Fields

In the Beginning/Ending Operation Code field...

Enter the first/last code that is to be listed.
Press [Tab] or [Enter] to accept the default of first/last operation code.
Click to select from a list of all valid operation codes.
Click to open the master record for the code entered.

In the Date Effective After field...

When a Date Effective After is entered, only operations that have an effective date AFTER the entered date, or don't have an effective date, will be listed. If no date is entered for Date Effective After, then operations will not be excluded from the listing due to their effective date.

Click to select a date using the calendar tool.

In the Obsolete Date Before field...

When an Obsolete Date Before is entered, only operations that have an obsolete date BEFORE the entered date, or don't have an obsolete date, will be listed. If no date is entered for Obsolete Date Before, then operations will not be excluded from the listing due to their obsolete date.

Enter a date using mm/dd/yyy format.
Click to select a date using the calendar tool.

Exclude Inactive Items? checkbox...

Mark the box (default) to exclude inactive items.
Unmark the box to include all items.

When finished making entries to the fields…

Click to clear the form and begin again.
Click to save the report settings.
Click to process the report.
