a shop floor calendar from one operation

To access this task...
Select Copy Shop Floor Calendar from the Inquiry and Maintenance menu.

About the Fields
In the Operation Code field...
-
Enter a valid operation code.

Select the Find Field Records button
to select from a list of valid operation codes.
An operation code is required with a scheduled calendar. If there is no calendar currently scheduled for the selected operation code, you will remain in the field.
In the First/Last Scheduled Date field...
Display only. Shows the first/last date of the currently selected operation code’s scheduled calendar.
In the Date to copy from field...

Enter the first date of the calendar to copy to the operation.

Select the Display Calendar button
to
use the tool to select the date.
In the Date to copy through field...
-
Enter the last date of the calendar to copy to the operation.

Select the Display Calendar button
to
use the tool to select the date.
In the lower section of the form, use the checkboxes to select the operation code(s) to create the new calendar.
When finished making entries to the fields...

Select
to update the calendar. -
Select
to save the changes made to the
form. -
Select
to clear the form and begin
again.
Update process completed.
